DMS helps Company and its Distributors do business with each other easily over the internet. DMS typically relies on existing ERP or other legacy systems for master data such as material #'s and distributor master to maintain a single source of truth everywhere. Features and functionality that is not possible in a legacy system, such as multiple pricing for a material and distributor or tracking stock at Distributor end, can be added to DMS as add on modules that will function by itself but seamlessly work as one solution integrated with back-end legacy system.

Distributor login:

Will be greeted by a landing page that Company's DMS user will be able to customize with any picture and or message, for upselling and cross selling, anytime using 'Setup' menu options without any support from internal IT or eBiz
Search for Company part #s using multiple criteria, add to a basket
Upload PO directly into DMS using standard template or key in orders manually. System will automatically use Distributor specific pricing, ensure credit limit is not crossed and provide all shipping and payment options available to complete transaction
















View all unconfirmed PO's, SO's (Sales Order) acknowledgments from Company and cancelled PO's
Once a PO is accepted and an SO is generated, under DocuTrak functionality, user can view all related documents such as Invoices, Shipper documents, Payment Ack., Credit and Debit memos. Drill down options and links within documents will allow user to view related documents without going back to home page

View PO's from all Distributor. DMS can be configured to automatically push these PO's into Company's legacy system or customized to allow sales staff to review and or edit PO's before accepting into back-end legacy system to generate SO
Under DocuTrak, view PO related documents pulled from legacy system across all Distributors with option to drill down
View Reports such as Open Orders, Account Balances, Past Due Invoices across Distributors in easy to decipher dashboard format
Publish Newsletters, how to manuals, assembly instructions, manage Distributor user access, maintain Freight Terms, Payment Terms, Credit Memo reason code masters, among other options
A separate no frills log in is provided for shipping department to post and manage shipper documents In
